Initial Upload

I moved the content for this page over from my local instance. The pain is working with the image files. This is what I did:

1. I created the new page for Crime on the AWS instance
2. I opened up the local Crime page so that I could see the "mediawiki script" - I copied all of this text
3. I opened up the AWS crime page in edit mode
4. I pasted the text from #2 into the AWS page - AND then I went through and deleted all of the FILE references (the references to the image files which we haven't uploaded yet)
5. I saved the page
6. Then I went through and uploaded each of the image files, added in the text for the images, and then did any positioning (typically the images are "wrap text off" and I change the image size)
